Sweet & Sour Kielbasa
3 lb. Kielbasa
1 Cup Ketchup
1 Cup Sugar
1 Can crushed pineapple
Cut Kielbasa into 1" pieces and place in deep cooking pan. In a separate bowl combine the ketchup, sugar, and pineapple (do not drain the juice!). Stir well. Add the sauce mixture to the kielbasa and mix. Bake at 375 degrees, stirring occasionally, until the sauce starts to bubble and the kielbasa browns.
This is a very simple recipe that is super tasty. It's great served over white rice. This quantity easily serves 6-8 people and is easily multiplied!
